We visited Hays Travel last week and spoke with Sean about booking a Cruise to the Norwegian Fiords.
He spent a lot of time with us giving details of several cruises.
We went away and spoke about it and returned a few hours later to book.We booked Cunard for next June,we were disappointed as the cruise price had gone up £350 but still decided to book in case it went up more.Sean kindly gave us a small discount which was very kind of him.
We will most definately return to book more of our holidays with him.
He is a credit to Hays Travel.

Overall an easy going holiday booking experience because we knew exactly what we wanted, but the exact cost of the holiday was a bit long winded and complicated.

All the staff at Hays Westbourne are extremely helpful, especially Sophie this time round. With having to cancel a river cruise on the Rhine because the water level was too low, she has helped us book another cruise on an ocean cruise.
