I booked a holiday for my son and me yesterday at the Totton branch, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The lady who looked after us was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to find the right holiday without making us feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole booking experience enjoyable from start to finish.

All of the staff in the shop were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service, and they are a real credit to Hayes Travel.

Thank you all for making our holiday booking such a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Totton branch to anyone looking for first-class service.

Having booked through hays travel before we knew it would be hassle free. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and very efficient. Ruby was our contact and was great to deal with.

Ruby was very patient and helpful. I had done a fair bit of research myself however the cancellation policy and flight details weren't fully explained but I appreciate she may not have had any info on those as a long time in advance. We will use again though.
