I always book my holidays with the lovely Steph at Hays Travel. She always goes above & beyond to find the best holiday to suit what we want. Everything is so easy and stress free. She gets back to you so promptly and makes our holidays so easy as she takes care of everything .

What has been an awful 6 months , Steph has gone above and beyond to help us sort out what was a very distressing time , right up until this week when we managed to find , pick our cabin , make a decision and set up payments all within a day . Wonderful service and would dread to think what kind of a situation we would have been in without her.
