1st time I've been on holiday in 18…
1st time I've been on holiday in 18 years the lady who saw to me and my daughter was very polite and friendly, and respectful has my daughter has autism and other things wrong with her and I've got arthritis so she has booked airport assistance to help us ,and I was very grateful for that would recommend hays at shildon for other holidays

The girls were pleasant and very helpful . The shop was clean and tidy and all the girls smiled as we walked in. We would definitely be booking with them in the future.
