Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely, just different level of customer service in this branch. It’s been a while since we booked as not been abroad for years, so we weren’t sure where we wanted to go. Staff made us feel at ease within minutes, we had various options to consider which was brilliant!

Deborah went above and beyond to find us the best holiday for our dates . She scrolled through reviews on trip advisor . She’s so pleasant and helpful. All booked up for September. Definitely go back to her again

I booked a cruise with 2 members of my family but thankfully when my aunt and uncle went to get their paperwork as she couldn't print it off the day we booked it was discovered we were booked on 2 different ships and 2 different dates it wasn't resolved as the cruise we wanted was on a different date which I couldn't go as id already put in holidays for the date we originally booked blooming disaster not going to lie i was fuming was so looking forward to my first cruise very disappointed
