Friendly and incredibly helpful and seem to understand what we wanted without to many questions this is the second cruise we have booked through you I don't think we will go to any other branch

Very polite and helpful service from the staff. Plenty of information about our holiday destination is available and as the local office is conveniently placed we can pop in for foreign currency at any time.
