Dropped in as previously arranged to collect Canada &US dollars, to receive assistance putting some onto my Hays money card (dyslexic & your assistants always give me support) this time it was the lovely Kayleigh. Also, she gave me a quick tutorial on transferring money if I need to. The she helped me seek & booked the most appropriate hotel for one nights stay near terminal 2 for B&B. Perfect! Big thanks 🤩

All the staff are so friendly and helpful and again Hayleigh has booked me two holidays which are absolutely perfect in every way. We have also been discussing another holiday with my granddaughter for next September and im very confident that she will organise this for me to perfection as it isn’t straightforward as my granddaughter will be travelling from Newcastle and I will be leaving from Leeds airport but I have every confidence it will all run really smoothly. In a time when everything is available online having an actual person with real-life experience of holidays makes a huge difference. We went in with a basic idea of the holiday we wanted and Stacey was able to refine that into a bookable holiday!
