Not exactly sure what "Hays" the company are actually doing well. I have used thePickering branch long before Hays took it over. The service i had before and since as always been fantastic. I think the whole team at Pickering are brilliant. I tend to use Caroline as on a couple of occasions she as gone over and beyond what her job description probably states. Also, she as has many years of experience doing the role, so l trust her judgement explicitly.

Call was quickly answered. Professional but friendly chap called Nick. Worked through my options without being pushy. Sale agreed and email quickly followed with all relevant confirmation documents. The final price was even a little bit less than I'd been expecting!
