Nicola was so prompt and efficient thought the whole experience.
Nothing was a problem for her and she was very helpful and informative.
Everything went smoothly and so prompt with her response to our wishes and our booking .
I won't hesitate to book through Hays again as my first experience was absolutely perfect

Hi as usual had a good experience i knew what i wanted to book holiday wise it cost 8 pound more booking it with you but worth it my husband sometimes booked my hols but hes passed away and i cant work our printer in the house so was good getting it done in store and the staff are all very good and helpful
