Staff very helpful cannot do enough to help you

We were welcomed by the friendly staff at Mildenhall Hay Travel and our agent was Leah, who is known as the Disney travel expert. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about Disneyland Paris and the Disney hotels. She gave us tips for having a smooth travelling experience and made sure we were happy with our selections. Thanks Mildenhall staff!

I contacted with a quote I had else where for a short all inclusive holiday..not only did Russ find us one almost 400 cheaper he even went that extra mile and booked us in on a sunday on his day off!! We felt at ease and content with our booking and super grateful for all the information available ..Will absolutely use next time!!

We booked a holiday to Cape Verde with Mildenhall office of Hayes last year - we went back to them because they are so friendly, efficient & knowledgeable a team to trust totally. Unfortunately a few weeks ago went to them looking to cancel because of illness. This brilliant team however , managed to get our holiday moved to next year & worked very hard to make sure we got like for like . We are so grateful & special thanks to Leah & also to Lili.

What can I say Leah and russ have been brilliant they have both gone over and beyond to help me book a trip for my partners 50th, it was with out it’s drama’s but we finally got there in end.

Russ and Leah are a smashing team. Russ didn’t give up on finding us our dream family holiday he went above and beyond searching for us until we finally found a brilliant holiday suiting ALL our needs not compromising on anything within budget, very happy! Russ and Leah were sharing ideas and both are very easy to share ur wishes with without feeling any pressure like some agencies and like ur being “fussy” no detail was left out.
