Quick easy and explained everything we needed to do. Maxine also keeps us up to date and reminds me when things need to be done so we don’t forget which is amazing.

We have used Maxine for many years and she always goes over and above to give us the best service. It’s very reassuring knowing that she has covered everything we need and any issues no matter how small are sorted out no problem.

First class service. Maxine was amazing as always. Took on board everything we wanted and just sorted it. We had family members who have not cruised before and she talked them through it, leaving them at ease. For our next cruise we won’t go anywhere else but Maxine .
