I found using a home based Customer Service agent such a personal and friendly way of booking my trip.
Mandy was very attentive, listened to all my needs as a first time cruiser with a few challenges to get round, compared to someone who is fully fit and mobile. She took lots of details, helped me find a couple of cruises that would be ideal as a first exprience.
She called several times through the day, to ask extra questions and also make suggestions which were very helpful, keeping me up to date at all times. By yesterday afternoon, I was booked on a cruise of my choice. Every detail had been taken into account, my biggest surprise was that at this late stage she managed to get me a cabin with my own decking to sit out on.
This lovely lady has gone above and beyond good Customer Service, explaining everything I need to know, and even giving me details of a coach pick up to get me to my cruise departure and back upon my return home.

As always Mandy has been so helpful and patient when booking our holidays she has a great understanding of what we would like
