We had been let down on a Danube cruise leaving that day. Went into Hays with an open mind. Emily brilliant, went to no end of trouble to find us a suitable holiday. Which she did!!

We received a warm greeting on arrival, nice friendly atmosphere amongst staff. Very nice lady remembered my wife going in to see one her colleagues earlier in the morning and was instantly up to speed with the holiday we were interested in. She checked for a better deal gave us good advice and checked us in as part of the process.
Great service, simple process so on this basis we only have positive reasons to go back to Hays Travel 👍
