We went to enquire about late holiday deals and, with Joshua's patience, listening, knowledge and assistance, we booked one we would not have thought about. We look forward to it.

We popped into Hays in Kirkham this morning and were so pleased to see Kate — who originally booked our holiday in Lytham over a year ago — now managing the Kirkham branch. She remembered us straight away, which was such a lovely surprise, especially knowing we were her very first booking.

Kate helped us again today with our Hays Travel Card and travel money, and honestly, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She’s friendly, approachable, and explains everything so clearly. She makes the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

As a Store Manager myself, I can say she’s exactly the kind of person you’d want representing your business. She’s a delight to deal with and a real credit to Hays Travel.
