Great service and communication received from Ellie today…the booking was smooth and no problems at all… a pleasure to deal with as always!

Just got too say my experience at hays travel in keynsham Bristol is always a pleasure, the girls are lovely they make you welcome when you walk in and throughout the time whilst looking for holiday, me and my husband always go there as we get a good deal and get a hotel of are liking.

The flight tickets were organised easily and the kind agent who looked after me also spent time helping me to find the correct ferries to book by myself.

It would, of course, have been easier if I could have asked the agency to book my ferry tickets as well, but that is a matter of your policy, not something the agency people were able to change.

Ellie helped me with progressing my holiday which I then booked. I was very pleased with Ellie's friendly, helpful and efficient approach. I felt comfortable and at ease.

Jayne at Keynsham branch was the most helpful, we only visited the area for a coffee, popped in to the shop, not knowing what we wanted, we only had days that we could go.

She was kind and patient with us, and our needs were met, which was amazing as we are a party of three, our ages are 20, 51, 74 so a lot to accommodate.

We had previously had a quote for a Norwegian cruise in May but had been in no rush to book.
We visited Keynsham branch this week to finally book!
The assistant took her time to answer our queries on dates, cabin options, cabin location and lots more. We did not feel rushed or that any of our questions were silly or dismissed. Excellent customer service and we will book with Hayes Travel again I am sure 😊

We had set dates that we wanted to find a cruise for.Elle was so helpful as we didn't want to fly and cruise only cruise from Southampton. Because it would be classed as a late booking we were limited in our choice. Elle checked all cruise ships that were sailing on our dates we gave her from Southampton. She found us a few , which we made our choice and left the agency very happy. Keynsham has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. Whenever we want a holiday Hays at Keynsham is where you will find us looking.
