We are new to using travel agents. Our Agent, Jenny Forster, made the whole experience a delight. No hassle, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Clear, and concise wording helped us to quickly make choices we felt comfortable with. Jenny has been professional and courteous, but what struck me most was that her personable and cheery personality, which made the whole process, well, just perfect. We will be using Hayes Travel, and in particular, Jenny, for our future trips. This experience took all the stress out of making plans.

Even when I was going with 10 or more destinaton ideas, Jenny was patient.
We are looking forward to our family holiday in July and a family wedding in Algarve, all booked by Jenny.
