I have used Hays travel for a number of years, firstly in Bridlington where Jonathan and his staff were amazing and recently we moved back to Hucknall and have booked our holidays at the Hucknall branch.
Katie (Hucknall) sorted our previous holiday was brilliant so our break was all we wanted, we booked yesterday at Hucknall with Mason again he was brilliant listened to what we needed and took steps so they would be available when we arrived at our hotel.
I must say in my opinion you can't beat Hays or the staff.

This is now our “go to” travel agent. We’ve dealt with young Connie there each time and she’s fantastic, and she has the support of a very experienced team around her too.
I much prefer being able to sit at a desk, face to face with a travel agent rather than booking online.

We had an amazing holiday in Japan, thanks to our travel agent, Mason. It was the best holiday ever!

When we initially wanted to book our holiday, we didn't know where we wanted to go in Japan or what we wanted to see.
Mason took the time to go through everything with us. He gave us lots of information on the various cities and places of interest, the hotels, and the excursions/guide tours that were available. We had many conversations.
Mason was always enthusiastic, informative, and very well organised.
We had a real personalised trip - Five different cities, and six guided tours.
The booking process was totally stress-free.
