Hays Travel - Glasgow Bewertungen 

I've booked with Hays a few times now and keep going back because they are so good and very knowledgeable about places I know and places I've not made it to yet.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming!
Hays are now part of my regular holiday routine.

This is the second holiday we have booked with Hays in Glasgow Gordon street after we had such a good experience on our first visit
We had another great experience with Sorcha, who has lots of local knowledge of the location we were interested in, she found us exactly what we were looking for in our budget. We are planning a big trip next year and will definitely return to Hays when we are ready to book.

I am a return customer.
Why ? Because, if I get the "right" Agent, I come back.
If they are welcoming, civil, interested and easy to talk too . Karen at Hays Travel, Gordon Street, Glasgow, is like this.

I think carefully before I decide. I ask questions, go away and think about it, and return. We have a good rapport. She knows my "ways". I know it can be very difficult sometimes dealing with the public, but she is patient and listens, and makes eye contact. I look for this. Five stars Karen...

And Hays Travel...your wooden chairs in your shop are uncomfortable and too low. Please think about new chairs and blinds to shade your staff while they work at Gordon Street. The shop is south facing.
Sometimes they suffer.

The member of staff was very good

Excellent staff. Went out of their way to help find the holiday I wanted. All very last minute and delighted with the hotel and location in Florence they managed to book for me. Flights worked out perfect too.
Communication is first class. Very friendly and professional at the same time. I will definitely use this Hays Travel Glasgow office again.

I've never had a bad experience from Hays Travel and, once again, they haven't let me down. Their messenger service could maybe tightened up a little but apart from that i would use them again at the drop of a hat. Polite and friendly. Thanks guys.

Sarah looked at various options for our flights to Australia. As requested she looked at routes avoiding the Middle East. We finally decided to go EDI - LHR- LAX - SYD with American Airlines. Sarah was then able to show seat availability on the LHR to SYD flights (return) and book our requested seats. Because we were flying AA Sarah was unable to book our BA EDI - LHR return seats but no problem as when I got home and went into my BA Club account we had already been allocated seats which were to our satisfaction. First rate experience. Cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. A. Grant

I went onto your city centre Glasgow branch in Gordon st and met with Sarah one of your team she was so helpful as it’s my first time and made me feel calm and help me get my euros and insurance she was so great can thank her enough and hays travel all in thank you guys 😁

I have used Hays over the years and each time the staff are really helpful, they listen to your requirements and search for the type of holiday you are looking for within your budget.
The booking process goes smoothly, and staff are very knowledgeable.

Friendly and patient staff. All options looked at and the recommendations for route to take was based on the member of staff taking the time to understand not only what I requested but what would adequately meet my needs.
