Right from the beginning of my holiday journey, from contacting Diane by email to see if we could get details on a holiday availability and prices for Majorca. To finally booking my holiday for 2 weeks. Diane gave us great detail and prices with all information we asked for. Even on her day of she emailed us with details. Her dedication was appreciated. So friendly and didn't mind us changing our details of accommodation throughout. I would highly recommend for booking your holiday.

The staff...especially Diane who was very knowledgable and helpful. We visited twice, the second time to book our trip to Australia. Staff are welcoming as you arrive through the door. I was given a range of options for possible destinations after giving my preferences, holiday style etc.
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and felt the staff member was genuinely finding me my ‘best fit’ holiday.
