Very was very helpful
Hayley was very helpful, friendly and definitely found me the best deal and location for a holiday booked at short notice! She was very approachable and organised everything for me and my son. She organised assistance at the airport as we have disabilities and it was a breeze booking through Hays, rather than spending hours online looking at holiday websites. It was also reassuring that this travel agents sorted everything out for us. I'm very happy with the service and I will definitely use Hays again.
