Kate was very helpful and patient. We were booking quite last minute and were unable to find suitable holidays in line. We did end up spending a lot more than planned but Kate did offer to look at more options for us. It was nice having someone do the searching and booking for us.

A brilliant experience
We were there quite a long time whilst Louise spent time finding us the perfect package for our first ever cruise. Her first hand knowledge and advice was invaluable . Throughout the time, we shared laughs with all the staff which made the whole experience less stressful and her patience and determination to find us the best holiday was greatly appreciated. We wouldn't go anywhere else to book our holidays.

Trust the experts
An experienced member of staff ( Manager) who gave me lots of useful and important information regarding booking a cruise for the first time. It would have been v difficult and careless to book it WITHOUT yourselves so thank you to Hays for that.

We eventually booked the holiday we wanted, but only after doing the legwork ourselves ( the staff member had promised she would look after things for us but didin't ! )

We dealt with two lovely ladies during our booking experience all staff very friendly
They listened to what we wanted and got us the best deal they could
It was very busy when we were in and a bit noisey
With phones on hold and lots of customers
But! It is good to see people using high street travel agents and not online
