Kate our consultant asked lots of relevant questions regarding our holiday. And the first hotel she showed us was perfect!We were impressed with her as she was asking all the correct questions in a quiet and confident way.

I chose to use a travel agent as apposed to doing it myself on my phone online . The whole process was well worth the effort , bring able to ask questions , skip between sites and see everything so much easier as apposed to my phone screen. The agent was able to offer advice , which was beneficial . Once we secured a holiday , the agent sorted the paperwork , checked in for us and printed/ emailed all the documents .
Price wise was matched to the figure I saw online ,queries dealt with by a “ real person “ as apposed to chat bots and whathavye . Ww will ge back to book our next holiday … support you’re high st !!

The staff at Hayes Bramhall are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Booking a holiday through Hayes gives you peace of mind and I much prefer to deal with a person rather than a computer. I was thankful that when I went in I managed to get Louise, not only the manager, but an expert on cruising. She managed to sort out my booking for 3 of us with P&O very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Hayes when booking your holiday.
