She took the time to go through every aspect of the booking, contacting the cruise line, sorting an extremely fair price and making sure every part of our upcoming cruise was just perfect. She constantly kept in contact through phone calls and always responded to queries promptly. Seen a city break online , phoned the shop to book it staff friendly and very helpful and explained what was included in the package trip . They also explained about local taxes . All paper work came through after payment plus followed by a phone call . Very happy with the service from Hays travel .
