As always it has been a pleasure to deal with Hays Travel Alnwick. Clare was very helpful and informative regarding my booking and made me feel safe and secure throughout. All the staff in the past have been very helpful and pleasant in dealing with bookings and holiday money exchanges.

I was in Anwick yesterday, as I had been looking at a cruise the night before I decided to call in to Hays to find out a bit more about it.
I was greeted by Sasha with a lovely smile.
I discussed the cruise with her in great detail, she answered all of my questions.
As Sasha was very friendly, helpful and professional I decided to book the cruise with her.

Original chat with Nathan who gave us some great suggestions. Went back in and booked with Laila. Both excellent members of staff and both very professional and friendly and were really looking forward to our holiday being as smooth as the booking.

Ellie was very helpful when searching for a specific holiday. She explained all the different options and prices thoroughly. She also assisted with some queries about carrying medical equipment on board.
