Excellent customer service at Blacks - King Street, St Helier, Jersey Channel Islands. Both ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much problem. My gear bought this afternoon fit well. Prices were sensible. Thank you to the team.

Visited Blacks today looking for hiking shoes, and am incredibly pleased with the experience. Angie, Anna and the team were all incredibly accommodating, patient and proactive with offering the best solution to my needs.

Angie in particular from the team offered well founded suggestions for different shoes and made the process stress-free; even explaining past customer feedback to ensure needs were met to the best solution.

They even very kindly added an additional discount onto the final bill after trying out some clothing. Would definitely recommend visiting!

Was served and helped by Anna and Angie (might be misspelt!). They were extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and very kind! They were exactly the same to the previous customer! Great staff!

Great range of walking shoes and boots available . Anna , who served me, was knowledgeable about the products and endlessly patient finding the best footwear for me .

Sussy was fantastic, she had the best customer service I've had in a long time, super attentive and showed me exactly what I was looking for and super patient with me, I had already been to the store about 3 times trying to choose the sneakers I wanted and with Sussy it was so easy, as she advised me on the best shoes for what I wanted.

Visited Jersey Blacks. Really helpful assistant called Sussy gave us great service. We purchased a waterproof jacket for my husband. Much better quality at a reasonable cost compared to one of its competitors

Anna served me, she was busy with a customer but acknowledged I was waiting and said she wouldn't be a minute, always a nice thing to say when it's so busy. I was trying on walking boots and she said it wasn't a problem checking to see if they had my size in several styles. We chatted and laughed about walking but noticed she kept an eye out to see if anyone else needed help. Overall a lovely experience and I was hoping the boots fit me because I wanted to buy them from her and her shop. They fit and I got them at a bargain price. Thanks Anna. Walking Boots - Angie helped me with a pair of walking boots. I am a size 5 ladies and asked there were any suitable 5 in the kids sale range. She went out of her way to find me exactly what I needed, courteous, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable of products and stocks. Excellent sturdy, waterproof boots and the price was also very pleasant.
