Helpful advice
I had a very useful chat with the assistant, Jack, about some problems with some ill fitting trainers I had recently bought.
He’s given me some useful tips about adapting the lacing which may solve the problem ( rather than sell me any more!).
I did go on to buy some sandals!

Dan was really helpful and cheerful. Also the lady on front of house helped me with an item I had bought in another store that set off the alarm. She guessed (correctly) it was something from H&M

Best store in the chain
I've bought a pair of boots from this store and received fantastic service despite how busy it was. They advised me to wear the boots in for a while just incase they don't feel as comfy at home. And of course they were right to as my heel kept slipping. I came back today (the following week) and was greeted as a familiar face and seen too immediately. The staff were patient, caring and gave me complete honesty with their recommendations of replacement shoes. I walked out of there with a replacement pair of shoes that I'm happy with
Couldn't recommend the store more.

Excellent service and great prices
John helped with any and all questions and pointed me in the right direction which lead to me making the perfect purchase. The prices are also excellent, I would definitely recommend this shop to freinds and come again myself.

Helpful staff and a good selection.
Nion was really helpful choosing hiking boots to fit my foot type. Suggesting brands I wouldn’t usually go for that fitted perfectly.
