Bought a few items today at the Basingstoke store and really appreciated the genuine help and useful advice provided by Nion and Imy. They were both keen to understand our needs before offering valuable and personal advice. Superb customer service
I was served by Dan who was an extremely knowledgeable chap and gave me really detailed advice on the waterproof rating for each of the rain coats in the store. This allowed me to make an informed choice and I am really happy with my purchase.

Honestly … transformed my opinion of shopping. The staff at Basingstoke Blacks were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. Thank you Nion, Dan and Jack and the lovely girl who greeted us and gave us just the help we needed without our even asking.

I had an online buy that didn't fit
I had an online buy that didn't fit. I took it back to Black's in Basingstoke and Jack dealt with it swiftly. Dan found me the correct size which I tried on and purchased. In and out in minutes!
