The actual mri was spot on even though I got my booking time mixed up .the ladies squeezed me in and talked me through the whole process excellent from them.upon getting my results you sent a copy to a doctor I have never heard of and when I questioned this I was told you didn't have an email for my practice. I was then told a paper copy was being sent to my doctor and as of now nothing has been received by them

I went for an MRI scan on 25th April which I paid £380 for. The staff were nice and I got taken on time. I got results on 29th April which included scan images. I felt that the findings quoted were very minimal and didn’t help with symptoms I had been having. They knew my symptoms before scan. I asked for further information from the images and was told I needed a telephone consultation with a Doctor there. This was at a further cost of £50. I never received any more information from this consultation than from the first one exactly the same. I have since sent scan images off to another company for a second opinion which I got a bit more from but also at a charge of quite a lot. Yesterday I resorted to sending images to an AI website for an explanation of the scan images. The cost was very minimal compared to the other 2 which requested additional fees for even one question. The result was received in a few seconds and the AI was far more detailed than the other 2 and fitted in with the symptoms I had been having. I never gave my symptoms to the AI before getting results so I would say although I’m not positive it is 100% accurate it is fairly close. I would advise anyone to try this first before paying out a lot for minimal diagnosis. Then being asked for another payment when enquiring about anything. AI could be the way forward. Had I done this first there wouldn’t be any need for other two.
