We had a pleasant and easy purchase of some new furniture. We felt at ease looking around the showroom with no pressure. Lisa was a wonderful help and talked us through our options- which actually saved us money! The whole process was relaxed, friendly and simple. We will be recommending and returning!

The Sofologist - Bartosz Tarka, was the reason for us eventually placing an order. We experienced the best customer; he was so friendly, jolly and patient through me and my partner's debates and lengthy time taken to make our decision and even changing our mind on the model we wanted. He never once pushed us towards a sale, answered all our questions, offered different suggestions to make it work for us by understanding our space, lighting etc.
Honestly the quality of the sofa will speak for itself once its delivered. I switched to Sofology from DFS, who offer no discounts, freebies or anything compared to DFS, and my reason for this is because of the designs and quality but what made me finally order was Bart.

when dealing with you they are very informative and helpful with detailed information and none of the pressing you to buy into more products you don't need are want.

From the time we arrived in store we were told we could browse at our leisure. We were not hassled at any point but the staff, Fran,Lloyd and Jason were there if we needed to know anything and were helpful and friendly.

We were looked after by Bart in the Rugby Sofology and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bart was friendly and welcoming and not just like a salesman but like a true customer service champion.
