Sales experience

No pushy sales people, just friendly advice & chat. We weren't ready to buy when we started looking. But that wasn't a problem to Kate.
We went back to buy & had a similar experience with another person

Sofa shopping

Staff weren't pushy let you walk around to look in your own time then help when needed, and more modern looking sofas than other stores.

Helpful and Friendly with no pressure

New Sofa

On arrival we were welcomed into the store and left to browse without any pushy stores sales. We found what we liked and then a lovely Sales rep Famida was on hand to help and answer all our questions which made my choice to buy here very simple.
I now have ordered and cannot wait to receive my new Sofa and chair.
Thank you Famida for all your help today

The sales rep spent a lot of time with…

The sales rep spent a lot of time with us going through all of the options. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy which ensured she got a sale out of us. The chair was exactly what I'd been looking for

Great staff

The young man, sorry I didn't catch his name, not only went above and beyond what I'd expect in the way of service, without being pushy, but he also put up with my partners awful jokes.

They promise everything and give you nothing!!!

Ordered a sofa with the "promise to deliver before Christmas" marketing lie!!!

Sofa was meant to be in by the 6th Dec, then the 8th, then I called to chase and was requested to call back on the 16th when it would be dispatched for delivery.

called back on the 16th to be told they have no dates to deliver before Christmas, so the whole marketing strategy based on a lie.

We spent £4000 on a product, had to chase continuously, had zero updates from sofology, zero customer service, the Peterborough store just fob you off with "you need to call the ware house" "It has northing to do with us" "we cant do anything "

You purchase a product based on a marketing lie, then the store you purchase it from wants nothing to do with you, the customer service team haven't got a clue what's going on, you cant get through to deliveries, Just another multimillion pound organisation that cant help but treat its customers like dirt!!

Awful!

What an awful company, avoid at all costs!! We ordered our Sofa's at the end of August and were told they would be delivered in 10 weeks (End of October), then just get an automated email mid October to say they are delayed, it then showed on account as expected 10th December, then 16th Dec. Just rang as no contact from Sofology to be told that they are expected into their warehouse on the 21st December! So despite having our money and being told they would come in October we are still waiting and the only contact we have had is an automated email - terrible customer service and they just dont care once they have your money - i wish we had ordered our sofa's from elsewhere!

Edit - as requested email sent, but i am not holding my breath for a satisfactory response! I will update my review in due course.

We had a great experience during our sofa purchase. The sales person was very professional and respectful. They gave us plenty of space to measure and check the sofas without any pressure, but were attentive and available when we needed assistance. Their helpful and friendly approach made the process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service

Beautiful corner sofa.

It was a lovley experience choosing our new corner sofa and chair. The sales lady Famida that helped us was really nice and friendly. She explained everything to us and was so helpful. Looking forward to the delivery. I'm sure It will all run smoothly. Thank you sofology.
