I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail shown by the staff as well as their knowledge of the product. Sia was very helpful and came up with some alternatives I hadn’t thought of

Famida, was so welcoming and helpful without being too pushy, which helped our experience of choosing a sofa. We were advised of the quality and durability of the material we chose which was important to our choice. We were also shown a swatch colour sample against the actual sofa we had picked out and this confirmed exactly what we wanted. Thank you Famida, we look forward to receiving our sofa in due course.

Very good experience. Had a lovely lady called Sia who went through everything with us. Was very patient. Did not feel any pressure to buy. Sia gave us excellent customer service answered all our questions. Allowed us the time we needed to to decide and go through everything before we spent on a considered purchase. Best service from a shop that I have had in a very long while.

Excellent service throughout. Famida was always on hand to help with our many concerns and questions. Options were carefully explained and we felt we were able to take our time without any pressure to buy. The staff made a good cup of tea too.

We were helped by Said she also sold us a sofa 5 years ago we didn’t recognise her at first but it just goes to show that she’s great at her job and sold us again another sofa and chair.

Hadi was so welcoming when we first went in to look for a sofa, we went back the following weekend and purchased what we had seen & Hadi was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, he did not push us to buy extras but explained what we could get for protection etc.

Had great service on both visits to the shop from Ben, Sai and Manager Ryan. We were unsure on which sofas to buy at first and had two rooms to consider buying for. It was nice not to feel rushed in choosing by staff. They dedicated their time to us and explained everything well.

Good range of products to choose from. And range of colours and different fabrics.
Salesman Jamie wasn’t pushy at all, went through all options and explained everything we needed to know. Walked away happy with our choice.

The sales person was lovely and very personable, all credit to her for her professionalism and communication skills whilst keeping a lovely light hearted sense of humour.
