Fabulous choice of good quality furniture, well set out store, excellent advice from helpful and friendly sales staff. A very pleasing experience overall

Susie approached me as I was looking at sofas, I told her I needed a new one and I showed her photos of my room.
She was absolutely brilliant on advice and so so helpful in getting me to choose the colour and design, thank you so much.

Great selection of sofas to chose from, I wish I had a bigger room or two lounges as it was very difficult to chose from the selection of designs and fabrics on offer.
Joanna was brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable about the products and talked us through all the options available to us, lead times and finance etc in a friendly and patient manor which made the whole process stress free.

After my wife and I went looking for a couple of new sofas after Christmas i would highly recommend using sofolgy on the silverlink. We were serve by an extremely professionalism, knowledge, and upbeat approach from the sales assistant Leanne (I would highly recommend you request for her), At no point did we feel pressurised, Leanne, listened to our requirements and went through the pros and cons of a number of sofas and helped us select the perfect sofas that felt extremely well built and very good quality.

No hassle while looking around the store. When finding the perfect sofa the member of staff answered all our questions and more. With us still not decided we went back to the store for another look at the sofa and again with a different member of staff helped us decide by answering questions thumbs up from us.

Karen was extremely knowledgable about the products available and made purchasing a sofa really easy

The staff were very helpful and polite and friendly did not rush us and measured the sofa to make should it would fit the room.

We only went in for a look but was approached by Leanne who was very helpful without being pushy. She kept coming back to see how we were getting on . She was very informative with her product and general knowledge which was excellent and we picked and purchased two sofas.

Libby at Silverlink was very patient and helpful. I was struggling to decide which sofa would be a good match for my Sofology recliner chair bought several years before. She got me comfortable and came back and forth with swatches to try and pair colours up, even matching my wall colour. I'm very happy with the final choice.
