Sofology - Leicester Bewertungen 

Myself and my wife had a lovely experience buying a new sofa for our first home today. We were allowed to browse the selection in peace without being bombarded by over helpful salesmen/saleswomen. We took an interest in a sofa and was softly greeted by a member of the team(bali I think his name was) who wasn't in anyway pushy but instead allowed us to ask for his help 😊 he then guided us thru availability and payment options making our purchase right for us. He was fantastic! This was the 5th furniture store we visited and although the others sellers were helpful! it was nice to not be Bombarded! He was just where we needed him when We needed him!

We had a great experience at the Leicester store. Gaz was very friendly and helpful, he explained everything in detail and made it very easy for us. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and we were given enough time to make a decision. Once we had decided on a sofa it was very easy to set up the agreement and confirmation came through immediately.

This will be our second sofa from Sofology. The in-store service was brilliant, they were helpful but not pushy and encouraged us to try lots of things to know we were picking the right one.
They spent a long time answering all our questions, and even when I wanted to change something at the last minute.
I hope the delivery of the sofa will be as good as the initial service.

We visited 3 sofa shops at Fosse Park. We chose our 2 and 3 sofa set at Sofology because of the excellent and knowledgeable advice from Mohammed. He was able to answer all of our questions about the construction of the furniture and effectiveness of the cushioning.

We were helped by Brad. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. As a result of his very helpful service we went ahead and bought our corner unit.
I would recommend Brad to any prospective customers in the future.

This was my first purchase from Sofology and I couldn’t be more pleased. Vincent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process calm, patient, and truly passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without any rush, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and friendly approach gave me great confidence in my purchase.

This is the first time we have visited Sofology Leicester and we found the experience exceptional. From the minute we walked into the store on both occasions we were made to feel very welcome and like old friends.. Katie who dealt with us on both visits was so patient and understood what we were looking for, advising on colour choices, measurements and coming up with alternatives when we got stuck for ideas. We are excited for our order to arrive, hopefully before Christmas but like Katie say that depends on how hard the Christmas elves work between now and then!

Excellent service from Gareth, took the time to explain everything and very knowledgeable, nothing pushy and good to know that sofology don’t have sales at anytime, so we feel like we could have hit it cheaper had we waited 😊

Sales people were keen to interact and share information about the products but were not pushing sales.
When we had decided to make a purchase the sales person was friendly and thorough in sharing how to maintain the upkeep of the products.

We had spotted the perfect sofa on the Sunday, went home and checked the measurements in our room of choice, returned to store in Fosse Park on Monday and was approached by Vincent who was friendly and extremely helpful. We completed the purchase and out of store within half an hour! Vincent was great!

Bradley was incredibly helpful in helping us with our purchase. Very knowledgeable about after care and cleaning. Altogether a great experience.
