After attempting to browse in other retailers, we found the relaxed approach a much more comfortable and welcome experience. Jess was knowledgable and available when needed but gave us the space we needed to discuss our options.
We found something that met all our needs and was configurable. We feel we’ve had a very successful visit, thanks again to Jess for her assistance.

We were not sure what sofa/s we really wanted and had a good wonder around the store before we finally spoke to Scott. He was brilliant and a wealth of info on the different styles of sofa even to the point of how the colours of sofas can appear under different lights. Also mechanical and motorised recliners.
We finally settled on a style we liked with Scott giving advice on different styles of the same sofa(recliners) that lead us to purchasing two sofas. Scott ran through it all with us both before we finally agreed on the sale making sure we were happy with it all.
Well done sofology on having great sofas and also on having decent none pushy salespersons like Scott. He is a credit to your company. The other guys there were also lovely.

Ordered beginning of October told was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Heard nothing just received an email to say due to bad weather etc its probably not going to be before Christmas now ! Rang customer service several times they are totally incompetent and looking at the other reviews it looks like they just lie to get orders placed, totally disgusting. AVOID

Ordering was easy, tracking was available, Delivery arrived on time, lads were fabulous. Sofa however is awful, after an evening sitting on it, it looks as if its ready for the tip! contacted and asked for foam cushion inners and told they don't do them for this sofa even though is was an option when ordering. Disappointed.

The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.
They allowed us to view in piece and were on hand when we had questions about colours and configuration.

Initially we walked in knowing what sofa we wanted, we saw it and fell in love as we'd hoped. To which we then saw the price and put us off it straight away, we really didnt expect the sofa we dreamed of having to be that expensive.
However, Haleema our sales representative really did her magic, she helped us look for something similar but at a more realistic price and reassured us on absolutely everything. Even diwn to which colour would suite better to my preferences and home life, so kind and warm to talk to. Couldnt of asked for better service. Thankyou for helping us choose our 2nd sofa during adulthood 🤣💎
