We dealt with Matt in the Ipswich store. We couldn’t decide what we wanted and weren’t the easiest of customers. He worked with us to solve out issues and get a compromise. Thank you

Good service
Polite, courteous and friendly service. Only reason not 5 stars is because I would have liked to have seen a discount considering the cost of the sofa (although I did come away with some very nice artificial plants as a sweetener!)
Note to the Sofology designers-PLEASE add more colour to your sofas- beige beige beige! Sofa I bought was very comfy but wish it had more colours

Lovely Service by both of your Sales Representatives ! Nothing was too much trouble and lots of options was offered to us ! Everything explained thoroughly and what was so nice was there when you needed them but left you to make your own choices !
