The lady that served us was amazing (at hull I can’t remember her name but she had a little boy) and gave us options rather than just saying we can’t do that. She made she we was aware of everything size, the way it would look etc. She also was able to fit it to our budget by giving us different financial options. Nice store, great ambiance.
Charlotte greeted us early on in the store, she wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable. We explained what kind of sofa we wanted and that we had restrictions for the size and she pointed out the perfect sofa straight away. Very good overall experience!
