We were helped from the minute we got there to leaving, the staff were extremely helpful and made it a very pleasant experience

I enjoyed the purchase process today, Ashley was very helpful and fun to buy from especially.

We really liked the sofas we were buying and hoping to get them in 11 weeks. Will update my comment on delivery then ;)

We purchased a 4 seater sofa and chair from this company after 12 weeks the springs in the seats started to leave a mark an the cushions
We contacted the shop in Coventry who said “ We can’t do anything contact head office “
We did they sent out an engineer who said wear and tear
After 12 weeks
They refused to budge on this or offer any help
We now have put a thin duvet underneath so springs only mark that
Now one seat cushion has gone one side
Absolutely appalling service
Do not use this company

Knowledgeable, helpful staff, answered questions but didn’t follow me around hounding me.

Dorinda greeted us when we came into the shop, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our shopping experience. She provided us with all the information that we needed to make an informed decision on which sofa to buy without pressurising us. Excellent service overall 👏 👌.

After entering the store we found our sofa straight away and the lady who helped us was very accommodating she explained everything to us about the material the filling of the seat cushions the protection we could take on the sofa if we wished even down to the feet on the sofa. Atmosphere was just right in the shop. Will definitely visit again.

Help and assistance provided by Wendy was invaluable. She gave us lots of information we'd not heard before which helped us in deciding our best option. There was no hard sell just a knowledgeable saleswoman telling us lots we benefitted in knowing. Would not hesitate to recommend her service and expertise.

Great service and help in store

I ordered a sofa and the deposit was taken immediately from my account. I then had to chase up any form of confirmation in writing for my order, from Sofology. I then called the customer phone number and was told the order had gone through and my sofa would be delivered in 5 1/2 months time!!!!! I was told in store it would be up to 8 weeks for delivery! I am now awaiting a call back to confirm what the date actually will be - not ok!

Everyone that I dealt with was fantastic, really appreciated the time you gave me and the advice. Everyone I cam into contact with was very kind and great to deal with. Thank you all.

Tom was very attentive and listened to what we wanted. He went through all the details and paperwork efficiently. We will definitely be recommending yourselves.
