I’ve just ordered a sofa and chair from Sofology and the service from Leigh was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable, helping us find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable — great customer service

Polite service with no pressure to buy

We managed to get a bargain on a swivel chair and we were dealt with efficiently and professionally.
We came home and decided to order a 3 seater chaise too!!

We placed an order for a Fitzrovia sofa and love seat. We had previously called into the store so knew which design sofa we wanted but needed some help with dimensions and then the colour choice. Leigh helped us with that and then took his time talking us through the best method of regular sofa care and the features of Sofashield.
We are looking forward to the delivery in 7 weeks time and will then do an update regarding the delivery service.

Found a lovely recliner at a great price. Young lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Was great to browse without feeling pressured by the staff. When approached staff they were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we decided what we wanted the member of staff who was Leigh was very friendly and informative went through all our options. Great service would recommend.

Extremely knowledgeable sofologist Phil- gave expert advice and support. I have confidence that I’ve made the right decision with my choice of sofa. He made good suggestions based on my personal preferences. Very happy customer :-)

Customer service team are useless which is poor considering that customers are opening thousands at the stores.

I ordered a sofa which went smoothly. When I called the store to make an amendment they told me to call customer services. Called them and they said a sales advisor would be in contact within 24 hours. Called them again and was told 72 hours. After 3 days called again and was told they would escalate.

Then I received an email saying I could do the amendment if I paid extra and gave me a number to call. When I called the number they said they cant process this.

Called customer serviced again and they said the store will sort it out and will get a response in 72 hours.

As expected no response received. I do not recommend using Sofology at all
