Kimberley was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the consultation. She clearly has a lot of experience and truly knows what she’s talking about when it comes to sofas. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she was very friendly and approachable, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for expert advice.

Salesperson warmly welcomed us into the showroom and allowed us to view the numerous sofas and chairs. After selecting one that we liked she helped with choosing colours and other accessories. Extremely knowledgeable and most helpful, carefully explaining everything. Easily a 5 star rating.

We were able to explore the store without any hassle from staff. We were shown how each style of sofas etc had all the sizes and there were the fabric samples for you to choose from. The process was easy for us to make a decision with the help of Sunni.

Disappointing Wood not shop at Sofology again got my full refund for city but no compensation was not my fault that the fabric on the city was damaged

When we walked into the store the USUAL thing happened and we were immediately approached by a Sales person.
As we were only looking at furniture for our apartment she left us to browse, which we did unhindered.
After viewing items which wouldn't suit we then found exactly what we wanted.
We indicated to the young assistant and she was so pleasant but not pushy, she knew all about the items we were interested in and answered all our questions.
The outcome was that we purchased 2 x chairs and will be returning to find the right sofa soon.
