Great experience detailed information about my purchase from Mariana

Lied too when ordering the sofa, then it takes 3 days to get a response after contacting, while the staff are friendly on the phone there hands are tied unfortunately

Staff member was very polite and friendly. Made sure that I had all the measurements correct and gave me alternatives and explained everything to me in great detail! Very welcoming experience

I had a great experience here choosing a new sofa. The staff were friendly and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Raza introduced himself and then left me to browse alone which was much appreciated. Once I had settled on a sofa, Raza’s knowledge of the product was invaluable and helped me to decide on colour, size etc… in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to decide on my own. I highly recommend the Brent Cross Sofology store. Amazing Sofas and great staff. Thank you Raza!

I've only ordered the sofa so will update upon delivery (15 weeks) but the ordering process was so simple. Raza at the Brent Cross store was really helpful and talked us through every step, making sure we clearly understood everything. He's a very personable guy and contributed to us buying from Sofology, having visited every sofa shop for weeks in the pursuit of "the one" (which ended up being the Adler). Really looking forward to receiving our sofa now, hopefully the wait will be worth it.

Amazing experience, helped by Marianna. I was made to feel welcomed from the start. Was left to browse on my own until I wanted her assistance.
Marianna was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Very supportive when I was dithering, she got swatchers from other sofas and was really patient.
I went back to the store 3 times and each time she took trouble to listen, advise and explained the documents in great detail. She was one of the best salespeople I have dealt with and on the service I would highly recommend her to anyone intending to purchase any furniture.
