Perfect place for sofa choice
We visited and ordered from Sofology Blackburn, and the experience was fantastic! Sandra, you were amazing. All the staff were very polite, friendly, and eager to help. Excellent service very helpful the 2 ladies who I dealt with couldn’t do enough for me and very patient to say I had my two year old grandson with me .I have previously bought a suite from this store and it has lasted years

All the staff were friendly and not pushy at all. Very knowledgable and helpful. Two free coffees were a bonus. The whole buying process was very easy. Let's hope the delivery and installation are as smooth.

Ordered our sofa from Sofology Blackburn. Damian was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions from start to finish, over a couple of visits.
The only disappointment was nobody could explain what was in the care kit as there was no kit in store and I would have preffered to know what I'm paying for from a chemical point of view.

I purchased 2 sofas from sofology roughly 10 years ago and had no problems that's why I chose to return I was even served by the same assistant who was very helpful again
