Oh was able to get an appointment in less than an hour with a qualified GP who gave instant, authoritative advice. In the preceding 2.5 hours I tried various private options but because it was 12.30 on a Saturday, It’s got nowhere, except anxious!

Disappointed. We booked my father an appointment because he was in extreme pain with a flared up back injury. The initial consult was good but it has been overshadowed by the fact that 24+ hours later (and despite multiple chaser phone calls), he still hasn’t received the prescription. Would not recommend.

Edit 6 July: I can provide my father’s name if you would like to specifically track the appointment. It took place on 2 July. We finally got the prescription on 4 July thanks to the helpful receptionist. We had called 7 times. However, only one script rather than two was sent through so he is today once again trying to get the second script.

Priya is an excellent clinician—kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. She provided outstanding care, listened carefully, and made me feel at ease. Highly recommended!

This is a great service. Used it for comprehensive travel vaccinations. Central booking and accurate assessments of stock, flexible on availability and at a price better than NHS-based travel clinics. Service-oriented, the reception was so much better than the alternatives I have tried.

I was able to secure a telephone appointment within 45 minutes even though it was after normal hours. The doctor was highly competent and easy to understand, my issue was considered and a prescription sent within an hour. Very helpful and good support whilst I was overseas.

All I wanted was a vaccination. Straightforward, courteous and professional. Choice of appointment, in with the doctor two hours after my call and whole process, including travel time, took 24 minutes. Worth every penny.

They were absolutely fantastic! The fact that they open on a Saturday is a huge help, the price was good. We went with 2 children who were nervous about having an injection, the dr really put them at ease, he was so relaxed, professional, personable and totally under stood what would calm the kids, it was a relaxed, calm and comfortable experience and we would not go anywhere else in the future

She listened properly, explained things clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. I really appreciated her help and support, and I would definitely recommend her.

They were responsive, courteous and ultimately very helpful. There was a bit of a wait initially on the phone to reach someone, but nothing compared to the hold times in the US. The doctor was punctual, helpful and very professional. The cost was reasonable. I was experiencing considerable stress around the need to obtain a specific prescription and they made the process smooth. I would recommend them to travelers from abroad who find themselves in need of non emergent, yet necessary medical care.
