Instructor very knowledgeable but yelling instructions for the 2 hour ride through the radio increased the likelihood of error. It was not usually clear who he was telling off as he didn't use names and therefore the error likelihood increased. Disapointed as have never had this experience before with Phoenix.

I had to have an extension on my initial CBT as I was a complete novice to riding, The first experience was a bit difficult for me but the instructors where patient with trying to get me to understand the parts of riding motorcycle that I found confusing. It was clear that I wasn't able to safely go out on the road first time around but I was encouraged that all I needed was a bit more time for the sake of safety and comprehension.

I was told not leave it too long between continuing and was advised to do a 1 hour Pre-CBT so the skills I did manage to learn don't fade. Which I did and it was a great help to me getting my head around the things I struggled with. This allowed me to attend the continuation of my CBT with renewed confidence and thankfully pass!

The instructors that I came across where all welcoming, helpful and polite, Had time for everyone attending and tried to keep us all engaged and involved as a group even if some of us needed a bit more guidance than others. I will 100% be using Pheonix to complete my DAS in the near future and I definitely recommend it to others.

Absolutely amazing experience .instructors were brilliant would recommend them to anybody

All was on Schedule , well organised and punctual , I had a rewarding experience with this training.

I have used Phoenix Motorcycle Training a few times now. The instructors are very helpful, relaxed but above all, clear in communication and expectations. Definitely focus on safety and competence. I shall be using PMT again soon to begin practicing and honing My knowledge on a bigger bike and soon after, attempt My full test.

I found this school through Google and decided to book with them because of the positive reviews. I paid for the training and expected to be treated professionally and with respect.

At the beginning, everything seemed fine, but once I started road training with one of the instructors, my experience became very disappointing. That instructor was rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. On one occasion, there was a misunderstanding about the traffic light because he was behind me, and even though it was not my fault, he became angry. Through the headset, I heard him use offensive language toward me, including calling me “d£he£d,” which I found completely unacceptable.

What made it worse was that there was another trainee with us, and I could clearly hear that the instructor spoke to him in a much kinder and more relaxed way, even when he made mistakes. However, when it came to me, the instructor was often harsh, rude, and impatient. I was respectful throughout the training and gave them no reason to treat me this way.

I stayed until the end because I had already paid and wanted to complete my training, and I did receive my certificate. However, the way I was treated made the experience very uncomfortable and upsetting.

I also want to be fair and mention that there was another instructor who was very good. He was professional, supportive, and spoke to me with respect, and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, my overall experience was affected by the behaviour of the other instructor.

Because of this experience, I would not recommend this school to my friends or to others looking for professional training.

Excellent customer service, from the representatives over the phone to the instructors down at the centre in Crystal Palace. I went for the fast-track course, for which I was given a green light after an assessment day, in which I dealt with Darren, and he was relaxed and helpful.
Preparing for my Mod 1 & 2, I was under Mark's instruction. I am an experienced driver, but not in the UK, and some old bad habits were flagged, and thanks to clear instructions, I was able to pass both tests.
I can only say good things about the team at Phoenix, and I definitely recommend anyone to invest their time and money in their expertise to prepare you for the tests in the most efficient way possible.

I really enjoyed the training and road ride, it was brilliant. The instructor Steve was excellent, he was very informative and a helpful guide throughout the whole day. Highly recommend him as the go to person when looking for moped/scooter/ motorbike training.
