Would have given 5*, however, the clinic cancelled my original scheduled appointment last minute.
The clinician was very professional and images/report was emailed to me within the hour after procedure.
Would definitely use again.

Reassuring, professional and helpful. So pleased I booked this as I didn’t want to wait 6 weeks for NHS. The sonographer talked me through all the findings and I came away with the knowledge and information needed to give my GPs for next steps to resolve the issues. Thoroughly recommend. Carotid Artery Ultrasound Scant +CIMT
I was seen on time staff were very helpful and explained the procedure. I was able to see the images on the screen during the scan and the results were explained and discussed with me. The images and measurements were emailed to me for my records so that I could share them with my GP. A very quick efficient service.

I had a wonderful experience at Phoenix Ultrasound. The sonographer, Gwen, was amazing — warm, with a lovely bedside manner that put me completely at ease throughout the appointment.
She was thorough during the scan, and I received my report promptly within just a few hours. The report itself was excellent — very detailed, with photographs of the findings included.
I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!
