Lawnstarter allows its users to be confronted
Lawnstarter automatically adds a tip if the service is 4stars or better. That is unacceptable, so I don't give 4 starts to avoid that.
They also allow their partner organizations to have access to the reviews and confront homeowners who used the service. I was sent rude messages from the company who mowed my lawn. They did an average job. This should not be allowed.

Im new to house living and had only lived in apartments before so was unprepared for the fine and citation I got for my lawn. I have no concept of what that even meant and since my lawn area is huge, could not do this alone.
Within 10 minutes of contacting LawnStarter, they had me feeling much more relieved, helped me determine a service rate and timing that didnt feel like I was being pressured and for a year the lawn people never missed a single appointment but always did phenomenal work
They proactively offered to temporarily postpone service in the winter months, something I hadn't even considered, and their system to reactivate services was incredibly simple.
The only reason I stopped services is because my boyfriend moved in and he has a lawnmower and will take over that.

LawnStarter is a great service
LawnStarter is a great service, especially if you’re like me and don’t really know of too many lawn care companies. I’ve usually just cut my own grass, but I’m not sure if I keep doing that, as I’m developing several physical health issues. They use a GPS to measure your lawn and come up with a price. They are third party, so you’re obviously going to pay a little more than if you went straight to the source. However, they do have an app, so it’s really convenient to schedule and pay for your service(s). The guy they got to come out and do my yard did a really good job, especially considering it was raining. I was actually disappointed, because I didn’t think he would come by and would wait for it to clear up.

Jarryd did a great job every time he came out to mow our lawn!
He would always show up earlier than expected. He would always get started right a way.
He would mow our front, back, side and around our goat pin. Then edge our 1/4 mile driveway.
He did an excellent job!

Quincy for the best lawn service ever
Quincy is meticulous when it come to doing my lawn. Whether he is trimming the grass or bushes, blowing the fallen leaves or hauling away debris, Quincy leaves my yard looking good!!
