The tyre I wanted was in stock, bought online with a discount, and booked a time to get it fitted, I arrived early, expecting to wait until my time but the car was straight in, I actually drove out at the time I was booked in for, everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff at Daventry were brilliant 😊👍

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company, took my car for foir new tyres booked in for 5.00pm eventually start the work at 5.30 only to be told that they couldn't complete the works as all four locking wheel nuts were seized. The next day i called a locking wheel nut removal company at a cost of over £100.00 who undid all four bolts within 30 seconds using the cars locking wheel nut key and no specialist tools with no issue at all. Whilst completing this he noticed that four out of the five wheel bolts on a front wheel were loose and approx 10mm unthreaded. This could have caused a major accident. I can only assume that as it was the end of the day the young fitter couldn't be bothered and was thinking about going home than completing his job and the safety of the customer. Overall a very dissapointed and out of pocket customer.

Had to wait an hour before getting work done. Job not completed had to come back on another day where I had to wait another hour before getting work done. Staff are great but need more people to make it work.
