I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Taurus machine from Callum at Fitshop. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure.

What really stood out was the level of customer service he provided. As I live so far away and couldn't see the machine in person, Callum went above and beyond by recording personalised video demonstrations showing the Taurus in action and explaining its features. This made such a difference and gave me the confidence to make such a significant purchase.

His communication throughout was excellent, and I genuinely felt he wanted to make sure I chose the machine that was right for me rather than simply making a sale.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Callum to anyone looking for fitness equipment. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to Fitshop. Thank you again!

Visited Fitshop in Glasgow. Craig was so helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the machines clearly so we could make an informed decision on the correct equipment for us. Gave us lots of tips for my husband’s sore shoulder too! Would highly recommend to everyone.

Ordered pair of dumbbells a month ago 6 June order is still not completed. Initial delivery was 1 dumbell the other was lost by xdp. Original dumbell was now out of stock so replacement pair sent again one dumbell arrived and the other this time returned to fitshop. A replacement for that one sent but again was lost by xdp. Was then promised next day delivery which turns out means next day after despatch. On the whole an infuriating experience. I have been in touch most days over past month chasing and chasing again.

Website and product were both great. Fitshop's choice of courier, XDP, was very poor. It took XDP 11 days to move my order from their collection depot to their delivery depot for a 3-5 buisness day delivery promise.

Great advice, really helped me to make the right decision with buying weights for our home gym. Dom was a massive help, highly recommend!
