Easy Bathrooms Review :

1.Design and in store support - fantastic
2.Survey - Less than satisfactory. Quite a few oversights ( position of exhaust fan, position of heated towel rail, switch position for towel rail).
3.Communication with installation team - Rocky in the beginning then very good thereafter.
4. Timing - We were assured 10 working days. It took >15 working days + 4 weekends with some left over jobs that were competed in bits and pieces over 2 extra working days
5. Dedicated team - It was obvious that the same installation team was simultaneously working on another project - for us that meant repeated chasing up for start time each day and eventual overrun.
5. Product delivery - Multiple wrong deliveries and re-ordering. Extremely confusing. We are still waiting for the shower plate cover to be delivered.

Finished product - Less than satisfactory

Main Issues - We now have a completely functioning bathroom with some major design flaws :
The exhaust fan is a plastic box that sits exactly in the centre of an accent wall
The existing lock for the bathroom was lost during this installation - so now we have a bathroom door that cannot be locked and we are still trying to get someone to advice and install a lock for the bathroom door.
All our hardware is in bronze , including a beautiful bronze radiator that sits on a stone finish wall . The radiator is fixed to the wall with white plastic hubcaps and we were informed there is no bronze alternative
All the colour of scheme of the bathroom is beige and bronze include the shower plate - whereas the fixing material for the shower plate is white silicone which is a stark contrast.
The position of the radiator/ towel rails is such that the door clears it by a few millimetres - so the towels on the rail always get caught/ dislodges on opening or closing the door.
The switch for the heated towel rail is located 5 cm from the floor - which is super inconvenient to say the least. This was never discussed and we picked it up after the installation was completed.

Big highlight :
a.The immense patience and support of the in store team in working with us to work and re work multiple times on finalising the design
b. Sorting out the finance was very smooth.

Conclusion :
I would easily go back to get the design and source the materials, but I would get the installation done by an outside team.

Would I recommend to others or would I use easy bathrooms again :
Absolutely recommend the design team , but would wait to have enough finances/ time to go with individual contractors.

The staff in the St Albans branch were fantastic - especially Anish and Lina. Super helpful and really quick responses. Only reason for not giving a 5 star was quality of the tiles - loved them, but there were quite a few (about a box worth worth) which were more grey then the colour we chose.

Unnecessary delivery charge. Last time we ordered tiles it was £20. Now it was £85 and no chance to avoid it. Ended up being 15% of the total cost.

Tiles were good - better choice than elsewhere but the delivery charge held us to ransom!

Managed to find exactly the tiles we were after in your Durham South branch. Expertly guided through the whole process by Scott, he found the exact tile from our description and double checked our measurements to confirm amount of tiles, adhesive and grout. Arranged shipment to another of your branches so we could arrange collection (as we live in the Isle Of Man)

Very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose the right items to use for our bathroom upgrades.
Also helpful in explaining how to install the items and getting the right parts to complement

Good quality products, great sales team, lovely showrooms but unfortunately the deliveries where messed up, got sent the wrong stuff and products where late, finally got sorted but abit of a headache!

Good choice of bathroom designs.Helpful showroom staff .Some issues with quantities and quality that the showroom staff went above and beyond to sort .But some disappointment with quality control at the factory that did get replaced quickly but delayed completion by a week .

Went to st Helen’s store just browsing,spoke to WILL who was very polite, and knowledgeable and very professional, didn’t buy in the end because thought was a bit pricey, for me anyway

**Extremely disappointing customer service – showroom sample did not match supplied tiles**

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Easy Bathrooms.

I purchased these tiles specifically after visiting their showroom and seeing the physical display sample, which had prominent **gold veining**. This was the main reason I chose and ordered this particular tile.

When my order arrived, the majority of the tiles had **predominantly white veining**, materially different from the showroom sample I had relied upon when making my purchase.

I immediately contacted the Lincoln branch. I was asked by the store to open additional boxes so they could investigate whether the issue affected the wider order. After doing so, the store confirmed that the remaining stock also had the white detailing rather than the gold line.

Despite this, Easy Bathrooms Customer Services maintained that the correct product had been supplied because the product code matched my order. They attributed the difference to normal batch variation and refused the reasonable settlement I proposed.

What I find particularly disappointing is that the **Lincoln store itself took the matter seriously**. The showroom sample was removed, and the Regional Manager eventually arranged for **two additional tiles to be supplied free of charge** so that I could complete my project. I appreciate the Lincoln store's efforts to help with the practical problem, but this does not resolve my concerns about how the product was represented when I made the purchase.

The discrepancy caused significant disruption to my project because I had already arranged and paid for the installation, leaving me with very limited time to resolve the issue. I ultimately had to proceed with the installation using the tiles supplied.

I made several attempts to resolve the matter reasonably and offered a fair compromise to retain the tiles with an appropriate price reduction. Customer Services rejected my proposed resolution and confirmed that this was their **final position**.

I also asked about Alternative Dispute Resolution and was informed that Easy Bathrooms does not have an ADR scheme that it works with.

I am now considering taking the matter further through the appropriate consumer and legal channels.

The reason I am leaving this review is not because the tiles were simply a slightly different shade from what I expected. The issue is that I **selected the product after examining a physical showroom sample, and the goods supplied materially differed from that sample**. I expected Easy Bathrooms to take responsibility for the discrepancy and provide a reasonable resolution.

**The Lincoln store staff were helpful and did make genuine efforts to assist me, particularly by arranging the additional two tiles. My criticism is primarily directed at the way the matter was ultimately handled by Customer Services and their refusal to provide what I consider to be a reasonable remedy.**

I would strongly recommend that customers inspect the actual tiles very carefully before committing to an order and ask specifically about potential differences between showroom samples and the stock they will receive.

Lovely sink unit very happy with it worth the money xx

I was only buying tile trims, but all the staff were so friendly, helpful & polite.

I told the guy what I wanted and he found it. He printed it off for me so I could have a think about it..I went back next day and ordered it. It was a combi toilet sink.
I had it delivered to store for collection and was notified when it was in. He loaded it into the car for me.

I can't thank Thomas in the Darlington shop enough. I have a very old house with a very awkward bathroom. I had no idea at all about bathrooms. Thomas has navigated me patiently through everything and in my own interest. He has dealt with my doubts and changes of mind.Because of the quirks of my house I was never going to get exactly what I wanted but Thomas has helped me get the very best possible.
