I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received.

My engagement ring needed to be resized, and we were given a timeframe of up to four weeks. However, my fiancé was recently informed that the ring was not ready because the resizing had not been carried out properly and the ring was not in a suitable condition to be returned to us.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that we only received an update after we contacted the store ourselves to ask for one. We have now been left without any clear timeframe for when the ring will be ready.

An engagement is supposed to be a special and memorable moment, but this experience has taken away so much of that excitement for me. I haven’t even had the chance to properly enjoy wearing my engagement ring. Whenever someone asks to see it, I feel embarrassed because I have barely had the opportunity to wear it on my finger.

This is not the experience I expected when it comes to something so meaningful and sentimental. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, the poor execution of the service, and the absence of a clear resolution are extremely disappointing.

Unfortunately, what should have been a happy and memorable time has instead become a frustrating experience.

My husband and i came to galway looking for our wedding rings to buy. Went to a shop to buy his suit and a man recomended diamond factory. We rang them and they welcomed us nicely and they made us get our dream wedding with our dream rings. Their service is excellent and everybody is lovely

The experience was simply wonderful! I placed my order quite late and was worried the ring wouldn’t arrive before my flight. I reached out to the staff, and they promised it would arrive on time—and it did! Everything arrived well ahead of the promised date, the quality is, as always, superb, and it was delivered in just one day from another country. I highly recommend them!

They made sure to help with every small detail in making the experience seamless. Camila was initially dealing with the whole order and made my life as easy as possible in making sure herself had seen all options. Once the order was in Milena was so hopefully when getting the appointment so pick up the ring. The service provided and staff are next level. Really appreciate everything they’ve done.

We got engaged in August 2026 and came into the diamond factory in galway to pick my ring. We were met with a smiley face from the lovely brianna. From start to finish it was the most amazing experience. My fiance didnt know what to expect from the experience and he also loved it. Not once did we feel any pressure to buy or choose a ring that day....but we did 😍 cant thank brianna and the team enough they made it so special for us.

Purchased my engagement ring in here, I got the best advices on how to design it, which materials would be the best, in order to make the right decision they showed me different models of similar type the one I had in mind and the best advice on how to put my idea into work.

I asked for a second appointment on the same day as my schedule is very busy and I was offered to come few hours later to discuss further, here I already placed the order, 4 weeks later my ring arrived.

When I went to collect it I was welcomed with the ring perfectly displayed on the table, it was so impressive and confirmed that the ring we chose was exactly what we were looking for, my future wife loved it!
