I had an issue with fraud and Chastity got on the phone with me and was so reassuring and thorough. She spent 10 minutes going through the signs of fraud and was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I had an issue with Uber but being unsuccessful In trying to reach them, or Venmo, I decided to contact DCU. Maryame answered and I immediately felt that She would help. She was very sincere and understanding. She took the time to go over my account and saw the charges from Uber. She provided me with what I would need once the charges were taken out of “pending “ status. I so appreciated her! She’s definitely an asset to DCU! Wish everyone was that kind!

RoShandria helped me figure out the disconnect on my end between a fraud purchase and what the status was with the merchant. I was a bit frustrated coming into the call, but she calmed me down with her professionalism and knowledge. I felt heard and I appreciated her assistance.

I called DCU with my concern and Nora answered my call, listened to my concern patiently. Talking to Nora was a great experience, she remembered my conversation on the same concern registered in the month of May 2026 and was surprised to understand that it was not yet resolved. She took the responsibility of my issue and went above and beyond her area of expertise to find the root cause of my issue. She was empathetic and guided me on what steps need to be taken from my side and identified the steps to be taken by Collateral Management Team. I appreciate all the efforts she put in to get to the right people and call me back to provide all the updates and explain how she intends to work on my concern. I am hoping the Collateral Management Team reviews my concern and does not penalize me unnecessarily. I wish the Collateral Management Team reviews their protocol and allow Customers to talk to them directly which will enable faster resolution of issues. Nora made me feel that someone at DCU cares for my concern. Thank you Nora for everything! You have been very helpful and I appreciate it!!

Prompt customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty! Great rates on all my accounts!

I was checking on the status of the money returned to my DCU visa CC after returning purchased product to merchant. It did not show on the balance sheet for the credit card. I called today for help and was connected to Customer service rep named Misty. The merchant credit was acknowledged in your system but not posted to the account. In less than 10 minutes Misty "snuffed out" the root cause as a zero balance on the credit card forced your system to divert the credit to my savings account. The discovery of this policy was news to both of us. What amazed me were the following characteristics displayed by Misty:
1. Perseverance- she was determined to understand the reason for the problem. It was a puzzle she was driven to solve.
2. Her demeaner was impeccable. Friendly, cheerfully inquisitive, and polite throughout the investigation.
3. Her willingness to seek out the wisdom of her colleagues more than once.
4. Joy in learning and finding a solution.

If this would be considered typical performance in your customer service, you are quite capable in your hiring methods and destined for a bright future. I witnessed customer focus perfection today and recommend promotions and raises for Misty.
