What really stood out were the email updates throughout Getting to see progress on the lab diamond being made and then the ring itself coming together made the whole experience feel really special and personal. Sale process and delivery went ok. My som bought their engagement ring with my visa card to hide the purchase.
2 months later my card is hacked via security breach of their site!
At least they emailed to say it had happened but we'll after the fact.
It's meant canceling the card and all of the associated hassle changing the details with setup payments.
Be very careful with personal details for this site.
